The Fossatun campsite is a centerally located, family friendly place to stay at. Many of Iceland´s most interesting and beautiful places are within a short distance of Fossatun. The location is ideal to make short trips from and to return to a beautiful location and excellent facilities.

A breathtaking close view of Troll-waterfalls from the porch. Meet the troll and hear the story about why it turned to stone. We light up the waterfalls when it gets dark. In May we open up a short walking circle where our guests can learn about the "The Last Troll" story and the scenery it takes place in, look at the extraordinary pictures of the characters and become one with nature.

Svarfholl offers two blochouses, cottages for rent and each house accommodates 8 people. The old farm can also be rented which accommodates 15 persons in sleeping bag.

Suður-Bár lies to the east of Grundarfjörður. We provide accommodation in made-up beds and breakfast. On offer are both en-suite rooms and rooms without facilities. The views from the house are impressive, both over Breiðafjörður and looking towards the mountain ranges of Snæfellsnes.
